You will need – Large saucepan
To enjoy with pasta when the sauce is cooked. Cook Pasta to be ready and enjoy with sauce when cooked
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and add roughly cut up ripe tomatoes fry for a minute.
- Add Kallo Garlic Stock Paste and 100ml water.
- Season generously ground black pepper.
- Bring the sauce to a boil & very lightly simmer 8-10 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in Basil leaves torn into pieces.
Serve with cooked pasta and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
