Spicy fragrant healthy noodle ramen

Perfect lunch or mid-week dinner idea. Healthy, warming & filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh egg noodles
  • Kallo Organic Chicken Broth
  • 1 handful of mixed stir fry veg
  • Half handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 handful of left-over cooked chicken / cooked prawns / tofu
  • ½ spring onion, finely chopped
  • Sprinkle of fresh or dried coriander leaves
  • 1tbsp low salt soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Sweet Chilli or Rice Vinegar

How to make

  1. Heat up 250ml of Kallo Organic Chicken broth.
  2. Mix the sweet chilli and soy sauce into your serving bowl. You can add a dash of sriracha if you like a bit of heat.
  3. Layer the noodles (cooked as per the on pack instructions) with a handful of stir fry vegetables & bean sprouts in a deep bowl. Top with sliced spring onion & sprinkle with fresh or dried coriander.
  4. Add Kallo Organic Chicken Broth until the top veggies are just swimming. Leave for a minute then enjoy.
