Ingredients

  • 30g red onion chutney
  • Juice of a lemon
  • A handful of rocket
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 thick slices of chorizo

How to make

Dress the rocket leaves with the olive oil and lemon juice. Spread your red onion chutney generously over your rice cakes before topping with the dressed rocket leaves and thick slices of chorizo.
