This sticky Sriracha chicken is so crispy and delicious. I love to put the sauce over Jasmin rice and dive in! To make this I use Kallo Organic Sriracha Stock cubes which are packed with flavour. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
Add the chicken and leave to marinate for an hour.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place chicken in baking tray and put in oven for 35 minutes (turning halfway) until golden, crispy and sticky.
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds, coriander and spring onions or onions if desired. I like to serve this with Jasmine rice and Chinese greens.
